Opportunity Workspace for Windows - Microsoft Store

Installation

1. Open Opportunity Workspace in Microsoft Store.
2. If the link does not open Microsoft Store, open it manually, search for “aspectium,” then select “Opportunity Workspace.”
3. Select Get, then follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Subscription

• A 14-day trial begins when you create your first non-demo record. Editing demo data does not start the trial.
• The subscription is purchased and managed through the Microsoft Store.
• When the trial or subscription ends, existing data remains available. Creating new records requires an active trial or subscription.

Local data and backups

• Data is stored in a local database, not on Aspectium servers.
• The default database location is %LOCALAPPDATA%aspectium-owdb.sqlite3.
• Use Settings > Backup & Restore to create and restore local backups, choose a custom automatic-backup folder, or open the backup folder.

Updates

Microsoft Store normally installs Opportunity Workspace updates automatically when app updates are enabled. To check for updates manually, open Microsoft Store, select Downloads, then select Update all.

The version shown in Windows differs from the official Opportunity Workspace version. To view it, open Settings > Apps > Installed apps, select More options next to Opportunity Workspace, then select Advanced options. For example, Windows version corresponds to official version .
