If you purchase products or services from the Aspectium LLC ("Aspectium") Website and Services, you accept and agree to these Terms of Sale, the Aspectium Terms of Service, the Aspectium Privacy Statement, and any other applicable terms, conditions, policies or disclaimers (collectively the "Aspectium Terms"). DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM THE ASPECTIUM WEBSITE AND SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE ASPECTIUM TERMS.

Aspectium may update the Terms of Sale at any time and without notice to you. For your convenience, the updated date is included at the bottom of this notice. Your continued placement of orders for Aspectium's products and services after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

You have the option to request a trial version of Aspectium's products and services before placing orders from the Aspectium Website and Services. Trial products and services can be used to evaluate usage and features, so you can determine in advance whether the product or service works as advertised and documented. DUE TO THE AVAILABILITY OF TRIAL VERSIONS FOR ALL ASPECTIUM'S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED.

If Aspectium offers you a partial refund on an order you made, and you accept that offer, you may forfeit all discounts available on the original order and you will be required to pay full price, based on the original order date, for the products and services you purchased, as if you purchased the products and services individually (one at a time), and your original order will be adjusted accordingly.

When you purchase a license for an Aspectium Service subscription, you agree and understand that the subscription period starts immediately at the time of purchase, and the subscription period will only last for the number of service days indicated on each license.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products or services from the Aspectium Website and Services.

Aspectium reserves the right to make changes to the Aspectium Website and Services at any time, including to product and service prices, specifications, features, offers and availability. Aspectium also reserves the right to revoke any offer and refuse, reject or cancel any order at any time to correct for errors on the Aspectium Website and Services, or for any other reason. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is canceled, Aspectium will issue a credit to the same credit card for the amount of the canceled charge, or refund the amount using another method.

Products and services offered for sale on the Aspectium Website and Services are the intellectual property of Aspectium or its suppliers.

Aspectium does not accept purchase orders sent to us directly or indirectly, but you may enter a purchase order number in the notes field on the order form for your own reference. Any purchase order terms and conditions or other special terms that you provide directly or indirectly to Aspectium are invalid and void and do not change the agreement between you and Aspectium in any way.
