Opportunity Workspace for Windows

Installation

1. Open Account > Downloads, then download the Windows installer.
2. Open AspectiumOW--win-x64-setup.exe, then select Next.
   
3. Keep the default installation folder, then select Next.
   
4. Wait for installation to complete, then select Next.
   
5. Select Finish to complete setup. Leave Run Aspectium Opportunity Workspace and Create desktop shortcut selected if you want those options.
   
6. Open Account > Billing > Licenses to view or download your license file.

License and updates

• A perpetual license lets you keep using your licensed version without a subscription.
• Product updates are available during the active update period included with your license or renewal.
• The version shown for Opportunity Workspace in Settings > Apps > Installed apps differs from the official version. For example, Windows version corresponds to official version .

Local data and backups

• Data is stored in a local database, not on Aspectium servers.
• The default database location is %LOCALAPPDATA%aspectium-owdb.sqlite3.
• Use Settings > Backup & Restore to create and restore local backups, choose a custom automatic-backup folder, or open the backup folder.

Upgrade an existing installation

1. Open AspectiumOW--win-x64-setup.exe, then select Next.
   
2. Select Uninstall before installing, then select Next.
   
3. Leave Delete the application data unchecked, then select Uninstall. Selecting it removes existing data, including automatic backups.
   
4. When uninstallation completes, select Close to return to setup.
   
5. Continue with the installation location step.
