Opportunity Workspace Web App

Getting started

The Web App is free to use and supports up to 10 open opportunities and 5 open outreach records, including demo records. Open it in a normal browser window to keep data between sessions.

• No subscription or trial is required.
• Core features do not require an account.
• Sign in when using AI-assisted job-posting processing or managing your account.
• Save Posting, creating in-app documents, board Focused view, and Previous/Next record navigation are premium desktop features.

Web data and backups

Workspace data stays in this browser. It is not stored in a cloud database.

• Data remains available until you delete it, clear browser storage, or restore a backup.
• Use Backup & Restore to download a local backup file and restore it later.
• Private or Incognito browsing can clear data when the session ends; use it only for temporary sessions.

AI-assisted processing

AI processing analyzes pasted job-posting text. It is currently free with usage limits and requires sign-in.
